Work is in progresssubmitted by Elizabeth B. - |Recommended: YesRenovations underway. The outside is starting too look great but the insides could still use some work. I have been told I would have to move to get the new improvements. The flooring in my current unit is still in very good condition and I have a back yard so why can't your current tenants not get the new appliances too Give us reason to stay than move to the 4700 brand new but less room . The staff are always very nice and the maintenance crew are great. I have never had a problem parking at either of my units I have been in.

So Many Regrets...submitted by Lennon H. - |Recommended: NoParking - not enough spaces, often times I'm parking far away from my apartment and walking. Noise - I can hear my neighbor below me snoring at night. Grounds - Run down, dated, over-grown and over-flowing if you're talking about the dumpsters . Construction - Poorly insulated, no lock on the sliding balcony door. Maintenance - When our hot water heater went out, it took nearly a week to get a new one, and we were left with no hot water for days. We were told to walk to an empty apartment across the complex to take baths, wash clothes, dishes, ect. Staff - The lady, Karen, in the office seems nice and helpful, but I feel as though her supervisors don't care so much about the tenants. Overall - Well, these apartments are spacious for the price, that's why we chose them to begin with. But you sacrifice so much for that low price, old appliances I am a pastry chef, and I don't even ATTEMPT to use this old oven , poor window insulation, over-flowing dumpsters are the regular, all the things I mentioned above, I could deal with. A new company recently took over the apartment complex, in July, and everything was normal. Then in August, out of nowhere, we got a 7 day eviction notice for rent due in Aug. We called the office about it, they said they needed proof that we paid, so we showed the receipt and then they said, oh, ok you paid for August, well it must be for July that you owe... even though we never received a late notice in July And, because we paid with a money order, in person, and somehow lost our receipt for July, we are now being swindled because they are unorganized. So now we have to pay an entire extra months worth of rent, or face being evicted.

If you have issues that need to be addressed inside your unit, please make sure you report those to our staff as soon as possible so they can be addressed. You can also now enter work orders through our website if that is more convenient for you. As you know, we took over ownership of The Kenzie as of July 1st and have great plans for both updates and improvements to the property. We are very excited and think you will be very pleased with the end results.
